In this chapter, we learn that Miss Jessel was bullied in school and that she has bought a pair of earrings that will alert her whenever she is in danger. The sound of an emergency recording is heard, and Miss Jessell asks how she is going to compensate her after breaking her artwork. The boss tells her that he will help her remember what he has told her, and that if she still cannot escape, he will continue whatever he wants to do to her. She is shocked that the boss can hit her butt like this, and wonders how she can be so enchanted by him when he can't even lift his fingers. She tells the boss that she feels so safe in the arms of Mr. Ganymede, but that he is too strong for her. He tells her to always wear a gift that he has given her, so that they can continue practicing their self-defense skills. She says that she almost oversleeps, and asks the boss what is going on.
