It's the first day of the midterm exam, and the princess is eager to take it. The patrol dsp says that he's never seen her so excited. He's just noticed that she's taking the exam the same day that he gave her last year. The two of them decide to go to the "Dougen Slash Patrol" concert, which is sold out. The dsp is bummed that he hasn't gotten his ticket yet, but the princess assures him that it's his fault that she didn't get hers. She tells the dsp that her test score is bad, but he says that she should sit down first. They're both psyched to be going to the concert. The princess says she almost passed out on the exam when the king told her they could go, but now she thinks that her dad is up to something. He can be "a real jerk" sometimes, she says, and now he seems to be treating her "way beyond normal" .
