In this short scene, we are introduced to a young woman named selina, who is on her way to a soccer practice match with her schoolmates. She tells us that she has come to see the match because she wants to thank Edgar for saving her and her classmates from the "rogues" that attacked them the night before. She asks him how he is able to absorb so much energy from her hand. He tells her that it is possible to do so from a distance, but that direct contact is faster and easier. He then asks her to kiss him, and she does so, saying that she is glad that he did not lie to her.
