He wants to know where the power stone is, and he wonders if there's a reason why they're doing it. He wonders if the world is just "tempo rary" . He says that the world was once one, but now it seems to be in a state of "sorcery" , and people are trying to figure out how to deal with it. It's weird, he says, because the world used to be one big, happy place. Now, it seems like the world has been forced to "put up with" the sorrow of the world. He asks why, when the other mayors try to keep the world stable, they've forced him and the rest of the company to put on a sad face.
