In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "sugar daddy" . He is the owner of a pastry shop, which has been in business for some time. The shop is now under the control of a new owner, who has taken over the business. The owner of the pastry shop tells us that the shop almost went out of business, but someone bought it and since then, the cakes at the shop have been the best in the world. He welcomes his wife to the shop and gives her a strawberry shortcake. He tells her that he has a secret mission on his mind. The secret mission is to find out if the drug known as "msg" is being sold in the United States. He explains that many people are addicted to the drug, which causes them to overeat and eventually become obese. He says that he believes they can gather evidence of their crimes, eventually. The drug has been successfully delivered to him.
