It's been seven days since Asiel's last visit to the shop, and he's still not feeling well. He's not sure what to do. He tells Asiel that he already told him to leave him alone, and that he doesn't understand French. He also tells him that five years ago, he and a friend, Samuel, were studying together at the same time. Samuel died in an accident, and Asiel now has to deal with the fact that his friend is gone. Asiel says that he'll try to help him out, but that he needs to do it by himself. He asks Asiel if he can have a cup of coffee from last night, but Asiel can't remember what it was, so he asks him to take the old one and forget the new one. He says that it's funny that they're telling Samuel's grave that the coffee belongs to him now, but he won't give it to Asiel, because it seems that everything he can do to cheer him up is useless. The guy who replaced Asiel at the shop has run away, and the new guy is a nice guy named izz, who works in the shop to save money.
