In this chapter, ursula's tiara is defeated by a mermaid's charm. The princess, ariel, is in the middle of a conversation with her prince, Sebastian, when rika, the princess's tutor, interrupts them. She tells the prince that she is writing a story for the princess, and that the story will revolve around ariel. She says that she loves the cheerful and lively ariel in the Disney version of the mermaid, because she has not yet met her prince charming. She adds that she almost wants to whisper to the princess that her prince is about to meet her charming, but that they are no longer able to reach each other. She thanks the princess for saving her, and says that they need to return to the land of the living dead. She asks the prince if he needs someone like her to help him find a princess. The prince says that he is on his way to find one, but he is not sure if he will believe her
