In this chapter, we learn that the identities of two of the organization's major drug buyers have been discovered. The identity of one buyer was busted, and the organization went to him, killed him, and silenced him. In fact, they killed him without informing the organization, which violates the codes. There are two more, and one of them has disobeyed the orders of Kim, the president. Kim appointed him as his subordinate, but the man fled without permission. The men decide that they will not kill the man after the trial, and that he should be patched up first before they kill him. They also decide that if they left an injured person behind, then they would be responsible for that person's death. They decide to call for reinforcements
