He introduces himself as budi and says that he is a member of the 891-year-old school, which is one of three schools that are supposed to have a chieftain. The chieftain explains that the government has a special program to improve schools that have fallen behind in their quality. He says that the school that receives the most money will be the school with the highest number of students.
