The next morning, the group returns to ward 00914, where they find a new visitor, a young man with a scarred arm. The young man asks if he has to go all the way to the top of the ninth floor to get to the ward, but the group assures him that it is nothing like what they have done. They also tell him that he should not leave the ward until dawn, because there is a locked door to the room.
