The Governess is worried about the Governess's health, and she tells her that she's worried about her own health, too, because she doesn't know how to talk to herself. She's also worried about what other people think of her, because they're always judging her, and they don't seem to notice her own problems. She tells her mother that she wants to be good because she needs her.
