He asks if he can go to the cafe and yell at him to get out of the way, but he doesn't have the courage to do so. He starts to cry on the street, and then he realizes that his social security number has changed. He realizes that he was born in 1999, which means that the gap between them is not as big as he thought it would be. He wonders if it's because he was seven years younger than he is, or if he is just so cute. He says that if he were so cute, then he'd treat him nicely, and if he was an adult, then the problem would be solved
