We're talking about the pros and cons of the pros versus the pros of each other's dance schools. The pros are the ones who have the best dancers, so they get to choose the dances they're going to perform. The other pros get to pick the dances that they want to perform, but they don't get to decide what the other pros are going to do with their own dances. So the pros have to choose which dances to perform and which ones to leave off the dance floor. This is a big deal, because the pros are competing against each other for the same prize money.
