About This Chapter
At the beginning of the second half of the game, leon is playing for the school's girls' ice hockey team. Anya is against his participation on the team because she doesn't want him to be a part of the future of the school, but she lets him play because she needs him for her goals. She's worried that he's going to get in trouble for kicking the ball, but he says he didn't do anything wrong. He's just trying to get an opportunity to play. He apologizes profusely and says he can intervene if he thinks it's the best thing to do. He says he'll see her the next day. He tells her that he hopes their friendship is more important to her than the ice-hockey game. He also says that he respects her decision not to let him play on her team because he was too good of a person to be true. He wonders if the school will want him on their team, and he wonders if one of the boys tried to break the other's arm. He wants to know if there's a punishment for it.
