The narrator tells us that he doesn't have any friends to give chocolates to, so he's going to give them to tamaki. He tells us about how much he likes tamaki and how she's the president of the student council. He also says that she seems to be in love with a guy named Benio. He's not sure if it's true or not, but he does know that Benio seems like a "ninja" . The narrator says that he and Benio used to be good friends, but now that they're in high school, they don't get along as well as they used to. Benio, he says, seems to have changed a lot since they were younger. He seems to think that the kiss he was talking about was a kiss, not a love one. He asks why Benio has been trying to get to her, and the narrator tells him that he'll never forgive him if he ever did anything to her. He then asks why he has been fighting with Benio all of this time, and he says that's because he drugged him with a love-serum. He wants to know if he likes anyone else, too, and asks if he can tell him who he likes. He says he'd like to know who she likes, too.
