About This Chapter
Yechuan asks how many times he wants to kill the old man with his sword. Yechuan tells him that it is futile. The old man will not die nor age. He tells Yechuan that he is the god of the mirror, and that the mirror is his power. He says that he has finally realized that he can use the mirror's power to close the gap between heaven and earth. He asks Yechuan what if he had to sacrifice himself in order to save the lives of the people in exchange for theirs? Yechuan answers that he would be willing to do so, as it is not just his wish but also his own. He goes on to say that his revenge is complete and that he will go around the world looking for people to kill. He promises that one month later, the palace of the royal chu kingdom will swear on Yechuan's life to protect peace between the two kingdoms.
