The narrator asks Shuya about her school, and she says that she came to check on Shuya because she was worried about her and wanted to make sure that Shuya was doing well. She tells Shuya that a man was there, but Shuya says that he wasn't there, and that he was gone for a long time. When Shuya asks where her father is, the narrator tells her that he's in the middle of a fight with another man and that she's going to have to go back to the house. The narration ends with Shuya telling the narrator that her life is full of fun thanks to her father.
