Rina's doctor comes to visit Rina, and Rina tells him that she's worried about her boyfriend, Pom Pom. He's not a nice guy, she says, and he's a pervert. Rina says that she doesn't want to rub his skin, but she does want to make sure that he thinks of her. She's wearing sexy clothes, which he'll think are too tight for him to wear. He won't be able to wear them, he says, because they're too tight. He asks her to rub the skin, which she does, and then he asks her if she can give him a massage. She says she can't, because her doctor is fondling her.
