It's a medical exam, and the doctor is trying to get a better look at the patient's chest. The doctor tells the patient that his hands are "a little naughty" , and that he's curious about her heartbeat, too. He tells her that she's too noisy, and he'll give her a pain killer if she doesn't behave herself. He says that her fever and breathing are getting worse, and her blood pressure is getting higher. He's sure that the nipples are hard, but it's not a "palpation" . He asks her if she'd like to go for a bathroom, and she tells him that she can't, because she was embarrassed when she came out of her room. She asks the nurse if she sprained her ankle, but the nurse won't let her call for help, so she goes by herself to get help. She's afraid that the nurse is an idiot, but she goes anyway.
