In this short scene, we learn that Yorozumi's virginity was "taken by the Japanese gods" . We also learn that he's been working on his body with a lot of push-pull techniques. He's feeling a little uncomfortable, though, so he decides to take off the strap on his shirt and start doing some "body-muffling" around his waist. We're not exactly sure what this is supposed to be about, but we're guessing it's going to be some kind of "swelling" or "squeezing" , which is basically a kind of massage. Yoozumi is a little worried, but he assures us that he doesn't have a problem with this kind of work. He just wants to get some "custom" massage done for him.
