In this short scene, Uruu tells the audience that it would not have been as perfect a performance as it is if they hadn't waited for a kiss. He tells us that while he was asleep, he had been waiting for the kiss and that his hair had gotten stuck in the button on the back of the shirt button. Uruu says that kissing someone is part of his job and that if he doesn't want to do it, he should kiss someone else.
