Sarashina, the maid from the previous scene, enters the stage and greets the new girl. She tells her that she's the one who kissed the prince, and that the kiss wasn't fake. She'd be dead if it were a real kiss, though, because the audience wouldn't be able to see her lips. She also tells the girl that the prince was on the run from the fan club, too, so she doesn't know why she hasn't been able to meet him yet. She asks the girl if she'd mind taking the kiss for her and her friends, and the girl says she'll do it. The girl is shocked that she had to lie about the kiss to cover up the fact that she and the prince were having an affair, and she says that she won't let the show drag her into it again next year.
