He is a religious fanatic who believes in the power of prayer to heal the world. Nemo and his friend, the Brotherhood's second-in-command, are discussing the recent events in Egypt. The two men discuss the recent unrest in the country, and Nemo says that he believes in God's power over the people. He believes that God has the power to change the world for the better, and he feels that God is able to do this through prayer. He also believes that prayer is the only way to bring about change in the world, and that God must be able to change it for the good. He feels that prayer can bring about a change in people's lives, and so he believes that it can do the same for him. Nemo asks his friend if he would like to pray, and the two men agree to do so. Nemo agrees, and they begin to pray together.
