The narrator tries to find his way around, but he can't find any of the places he's been looking for. Finally, he finds a mailman, who introduces him to his friend, Mr. Natsutani, who is in charge of the district. The two of them chat for a bit, and Mr. natsutani tells the narrator that he'll be okay on his own from here, and that he and his friend managed to get there on the same day, so maybe they're having fun at his expense.
