In this scene, Ren is a woman, we find out that she's not really a girl at all. She's dressed like a boy, and she doesn't really know how to act like one. Ren tells us that back when she first met him, she was sad because she thought that he was just pretending to be a girl. She says that she can't pretend to be anything other than a girl, and that's why she dresses the way she does. She tells Ren that she wants to stay with him a little longer, so she tells him to shut up and get ready to go to the park. She also tells him that she forgot to give him a towel, which makes him all excited. He tells her that he's doing this for the first time, so it's kind of a novelty. He also tells her about how kissing can make you feel good, and how kissing makes you feel like you're in love with someone.
