He says that the shampoo in the store wouldn't leave her hair stained, and that's why it's hard for her to believe that the salon is the same one in the magazines. She cries even more when she realizes that she has to pay for her haircut and that she doesn't have a cut today either. She feels like she has made a big mistake, and she blames herself for it.
