In this short scene, we learn that Hiroshi has been playing with the boys at school. One of the boys is pregnant, and Hiroshi tries to comfort him by telling him that his body is made of "sperms" . The boy, however, does not believe him, and he asks Hiroshi not to tell anyone that he is pregnant.
