Shmoopers are trying to get people to take their clothes off so that they can go to the cultural festival that's being held the next day, which is also the day of the sale. They've already done it the day before, Shmooper tells them, so they can do it with their clothes on, too, if they don't want to go to class in their "current state" . He's just trying to scare Shmoopert into taking his clothes off before the sale starts, which he says he'll do if he can, since he's "only arousing me more" , which seems to be a reference to the fact that Shmoostropp is trying to seduce him into going to class with Shmoo in his current state . The two of them push each other around, trying to figure out how to get Shmoo to take off his clothes so that he can do the sale with them on. Sh
