This chapter opens with a groan. It's the climax of the play, and it's about to get even more intense. The groans come from the audience, and they're all trying to figure out what's going on. They're trying to get the audience to keep their mouths shut, but they can't, because the groans just keep getting louder and louder. Finally, the audience realizes that this isn't going to go away, and that they've got to get out of there.
