This chapter opens with a flashback to the beginning of the previous chapter, in which we are introduced to the "little evil girl" and her father. In this flashback, we are told that the little girl has been suffering from excessive blood loss, and that her body has begun to grow stronger. The little evil girl tells us that her blood has been used to heal her body, and she feels that her heart is beating faster. She wonders why her heart beats faster, and wonders if it is because of her body's loss of blood. She also asks why her soul power has become stronger than hers. She says that if she were to die, she would not have to worry about the possibility of losing her soul. If she were not saved by her father, she says, then she would have ended up the way she is now. She tells her father that if he takes advantage of her, she will hurt herself. He tells her that she is doing a good thing by eating her. He says that he will not eat her when she is weak, but he will eat her if she wants to hurt him. He asks if she is still hungry, but she says she is. She asks if he is still weak, and he says he is, but that he has passed a preliminary review. She then tells him that she has a present for him, because she is so cute. He promises that she will eat him in the future.
