The narrator introduces us to wang qi, a friend of chuan . He tells us that his family owns the place, and that he's here to look for the time capsule that chuan left behind. Aww, that's a big deal. He also tells us about how chuan came up with the plan to make the place famous, and how his ex-boyfriend came to help them assess and develop the place. Woohoo! . The narrator then goes on to tell us about the other part of the mountain, where they're building a downhill slide to make it easier for people to walk down the mountain. Whew! The narrator leaves to go watch the sunset.
