The next day, the shop is still open, but it's not the same as it was when the shop was first opened. It's a bit sad to see it all go, but the shop still has the same sign, so it must be the same place. The shop's new manager, Cal, comes in, and the two of them reminisce about the old days. Cal says that he's glad that they're back together, because he was the one who broke up with her. He's happy that he passed the acting exam and is now a successful actor. He thanks Cal for encouraging him to get back into acting, and says that if he hadn't, he wouldn't have passed the exam either. Cal is happy to hear that, too, because it means that he and Cal have become friends again. He wants to know what's happened since they got back together. He doesn't know why Cal left, but he does know that Cal's dad bought him a new house when he came back to hang out in Hangzhou.
