The doctor arrives and tells them that the lady is badly hurt and needs immediate medical attention. He tells them to get the doctor immediately and to treat her as soon as possible. The doctor reassures them that he will do his best, but warns them that if anything goes wrong, they will have to go to the sea to "feed the sharks" .
