"Swish swish grab" is the first line of the song, and it's about a guy who's been waiting for his brother to show up. The guy's got a big mouth, and he's trying to squeeze his nipples. He's totally grossed out by the whole thing. He wants to slap his brother, but he can't do it yet. He says he'll stop if his brother slaps him back. Then he squeezes a little bit more, and the guy starts to freak out. He thinks he might have to do some "cumbing" before he can get it on with his brother.
