SALLY'S QUADRUM HALLOWEEN TOWN MEETING SALLY tells us that he had a strange dream the night before. He had an idea for a trick-or-treating that would double the amount of scares and mayhem. He's going to call a meeting of the town's costume committee and ask SALLY to take over the planning. SALLY says that he's never done anything like this before, so he'll have to wait until the week before Halloween to do it.
