Back at the beginning of the chapter, we're introduced to the "king of gaming bugs" . He's the guy who wrote the story of the new world, and he's also the one who killed the ghost dragon. We're also introduced to some of the other characters in the story, including Paul, who's now at level 22, and song an, who is at level 22 now. Paul tells us that the monster isn't going to hurt anyone, because it's a pet. He also says that they've collected all the necessary materials to break into level 30, so they can use them to create new monsters.
