In this chapter, we learn that the bug who nearly killed you earlier is now joined by two other human beings, one a man and one a woman. The bug tries to get away from the group, but they keep him covered with their thumps and clangs. He can't figure out why they're there, but he's sure they'll kill him if he tries to run away. He's also sure that if he runs away, he'll be killed by the bug. He doesn't want to waste any more time in this situation, so he starts to panic. He hears the sound of a new demon appearing, and he realizes that it's using a skill that's been used by humans before. He starts to scream, but the bug won't let him go. He begs the bug to let go of the girl, but she's too strong for him. He curses the bug for being such a cruel creature.
