In this short scene, we get a glimpse into the inner workings of the protagonist's mind. We learn that the protagonist is in love with her boss, and that he is jealous of her love for him. He is also jealous of the way she is being treated by her boss. He tries to make her feel guilty by making her kiss his tongue, but she is too scared to do so.
