The Governess tells the Governess that she is now in her late 30s and that she has turned into a "slut" . She tells her that she can't bear to be sad because she'll reap what she sows. She says that she's the only person who can fix her "clumbly predisposition" , and she promises to teach her how to "be a good girl" : "I helped you avoid a mishap just now and I'll train your like that everyday . ."
