About This Chapter
The scene opens with the Chief of the First Hospital meeting with his colleagues. The Chief coughs up a story about a man who goes to the doctor and complains that his wife has lost voice. The doctor replies that he should try to get her back home at three in the morning. This is a lame joke, but does it mean her wife cares about him now? The Chief explains that the patient is admitted with syncope and transferred to the Cardiology department. However, the inflammatory indicators increase significantly and the infection indicators increase. The patient should be sent to the Respiratory department first. He explains that he has been trained and usually does not laugh. He says that the first diagnosis process is to examine, diagnose, treat, consult, makes referrals and transfers to other departments. He asks if there is anyone who does not know about it, and then sends them to his department. He wonders why the Chief and the Doctor stand up and refuse to go back to their departments. They are arrogant and do not respect anyone
