In this chapter, we learn that the music coach, the dance coach, and the general manager of the show are all in the same room. The music coach tells the girls that the group they're in is going to be eliminated in the group battle the next day. The dance coach tells them that they've already given up on the competition because the other groups are all rounders and experienced. The general manager says that the pipa is the only thing that can stop them from losing. He offers to teach the girls how to play the instrument if they can beat him in three days.
