In this chapter, Jo continues his search for jonggu, but he is unable to find him anywhere in the world. He goes to the underworld and smells something suspicious, but can't figure out what it is, so he goes back to the hospital to check on his body. He realizes that there is something wrong with his brain and decides to go back to his own body.
