This chapter opens with a description of the scene in which the main character enters. He is introduced as a "swan" or a "man of the people" . The main character asks the "man" if he is a "shaman" , and the man answers that he is. The man then asks the other man what he would like to see. The other man says that he wants to see "the lotus" or "jeong samsik" and that the man looks "more like a scammer". The man tells the man that he will wait for the "reserve quest first" before giving him anything. He then tells him to shake and leave home, but the man returns three days later with the "charms" they gave him. He charges the man 5.6 million won, which is a lot of money for a "famous" shaman . This is a joke. The
