It's been a while since we've seen Yon and Juno, and now they're back together. They've been hanging out in the liberal arts college, which is where they used to hang out when they were younger. Now they've gotten into a fight, and won't let Yon go, so Yon has to take care of him. He's a total jerk, Yon says, but Yon's smart enough to know that he's being a jerk.
