This chapter opens with the main target of the previous chapter jumping off a cliff and dying. laowu ,lao liu tells the group to hurry back to their mission. He says that with the rain, they don't have to do any more damage. He also says that there is no reason for them to act now, since the bad guys have already left. He then tells them that he has just gotten a piece of pig liver from a slaughterhouse. He tells them to sit down and listen to him. He reminds them that when he was ten years old, the old man told him to go and kill pigs. The old man said the true martial arts were an immortal arts and had the power to split mountains and conquer the earth. He even said that his time hasn't yet come. The young master tells him that the martial arts force on the pole star is infamous for being "black-hearted" and that it will take twenty years for the forces to construct a telegraph formation. The key to survival, he says, is to be able to run when no one is looking.
