In this chapter, we learn that Shmoo and Milady are planning to move into a new house. Milady's cousin, zuruko, has decided that they'll have a lottery-style system for picking who gets to do the household chores. Shmoo, Milady, and Elmire are going to pick the winners of the lottery, and they're going to make a special dinner for everyone.
