About This Chapter
This chapter opens with a flashback to the beginning of the previous chapter, where we learn that Guseul had promised to buy a bunch of clothes for Cyrano. Cyrano had been following them, and Cyrano was worried that he might be beaten down by them. He asks if Cyrano is doing okay, and the narrator tells us that Cyrano has disappeared with the other guys. The narrator then asks if the narrator is worried about Cyrano's health, and when the narrator says that he is, Cyrano tells him to stop worrying about him. The narration then turns to the next scene, where Cyrano asks if he's worried about Cain, and then Cyrano responds that he isn't worried about him at all, because he doesn't have to worry about anything. He's just worried about the guys following Cyrano and the others. He tells Cyrano to stop evading his attacks, because Cyrano will be defeated easily. The next thing Cyrano says is that his fire won't work against Cyrano at all. He says he was wrong to raise him so much, and that's why Cyrano can't attack him. He then asks Cyrano if he should stay on his guard, because the only thing he can do is evade his attacks. He also says that if he does stay on guard, he'll be able to hit Cyrano, but Cyrano needs to stay on top of his game, because it's a random superhuman. He warns Cyrano not to worry too much about his fire, since it'll only hurt him if he tries to attack him too hard. He reminds Cyrano that he was here as well, so Cyrano should stay close to him as well. The two then switch gears, and we get a description of how Cyrano attacks Cyrano
