Hirohito and the others are in the control center, waiting for the sun to rise. They are told that the sun will rise at noon, and that they will be able to see it from the roof of the tower. They decide to go down to the roof and wait for the rising sun. When they get there, they find that they have to eat their last chocolate before they can see the sun. They go to the dome, where they promise to see their daughter again.
