The next morning, the Governess returns to her apartment to find that the housekeeper has gone to bed. The Governess is surprised to see that she has not slept well the night before, and she asks the housekeeper if she can sleep through the night. The housekeeper tells her that she will, but that she is not sure if she will be able to sleep well the next day.
