In this chapter, the reader is introduced to a number of characters, each of whom has a different personality. The first character, named "Pudding," is the father of the baby, who is the victim of an elaborate seduction scheme. He is a cunning thief who has kidnapped the child in order to bring it back to his wife. The second character, called "Jiojiu," is a cruel, cold man who has stolen the identity of a young man. The third character, "Older Twin," is intelligent, responsible, and mature.
